You can use this salad as a side dish for meat. It will be very beautiful if you decorate it with branches of fresh parsley or dill.
Ingredients:
200 grams of pickled mushrooms
300 grams of boiled potatoes (3 medium tubers)
150 grams of ham
100 grams of boiled beets (2 medium -sized pieces)
50 grams of celery root
50 grams of fresh apples (one apple)
100 grams of mayonnaise
3.5 tablespoon of vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vinegar
10 grams of mustard
Fresh greens: parsley, dill and celery
salt and pepper to taste
Salad refueling: vegetable oil, vinegar, mustard put in shallow dishes, and beat with a mixer or whisk until a homogeneous mass is formed. Finely chop the greens and add to the finished mass.
Cut potatoes, beets with small cubes. Peel the apples from the peel, remove the core, and then finely chop it together with ham and pickled mushrooms. Put all the components of the salad into a salad bowl with high walls, mix, salt and pepper, season with the finished salad dressing. Then put into portions of small salad bowls, before serving the guests, season the salad with a spoon of mayonnaise on top.
Tip: pickled mushrooms can be replaced with fresh champignons, frying them in vegetable oil.
