Meat “hedgehogs” with rice
You can serve such pretty meat “hedgehogs” as an independent dish, as well as with a side dish: fried or boiled potatoes, salty or fresh cucumbers. Separate the sour cream separately, after adding a slice of garlic to it.
Ingredients:
500 grams of minced meat,
1 onion,
1 cup of boiled rice,
salt, pepper to taste,
100 grams of sour cream,
50 grams of wheat flour,
50 grams of vegetable oil,
Fresh greens.
Preparation: rinse the rice several times, pour hot water, boil it to the floor, throw it on a colander, slightly cool and combine with a pre -prepared minced meat. Chop finely on the onion, add to the minced meat, pepper, salt, mix everything thoroughly and form small balls, then roll them in flour. Next, fry the finished “hedgehogs” in vegetable oil until golden. Then transfer them to a pan with thick walls, which can be placed in an oven, pour “hedgehogs” with a small amount of any meat broth or just boiled water, close the lid, put in the oven for 20 minutes. Before you get the “hedgehogs” from the oven, open the lid so that they can be browned. Before serving the “hedgehogs” on the table, decorate them with fresh herbs.
